Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment and systems to ensure efficient and safe operations. 2. Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment, including PLC systems. 3. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. 4. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, PLC ladder logic, and other diagrams. 5. Identify opportunities for improvements and propose solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability. 6. Work in close collaboration with other team members and departments to ensure that electrical systems support the achievement of production targets. 7. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment and lock-out/tag-out procedures. 8. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service. 9. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment. 2. Proven expertise in electrical repair and installation. 3. Proficiency with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair.
